Mainau Island on the Bodensee/Lake Konstance is a botanical pleasure. The Island also host conferences for UNESCO, the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization.
A ferrie ride to the island, a visit to the Palace, Palace Church, Gardens and Butterfly House were a delight, even in the rain! Tammy enjoyed this trip while visiting one of her friends.

ReplyDeleteJust a tip on Blogger: I finally found out how to go into settings to make it easier for friends to post without having to create an account. I didn't realize this option existed until I saw in another blogger's account that she can approve comments first, then I investigated. You can go into your settings and do this under the tab "comments." Have a lovely August! --Kari
